Medieval and Viking scabbards start at $1,100 and go up depending on the selected details and component upgrades. Roman scabbard prices are heavily dependent on current foundry costs, please contact me for more information..

Terms of Service

Please contact me with the details you have in mind and I will be happy to provide a quote for the work and an estimated production time frame. In order to reserve your position in my production queue, I will need the details you have in mind for your commission, your shipping address and phone number (for the shipper).  I will not share or sell your information.  Confirmation also requires a non-refundable 50% deposit.

No commissions will be taken without a deposit and your contact information. Deposits can be arranged via personal check or money order. You also have the option paying with a credit card through a secure online invoice, but a payment processing will be applied. Your deposit will immediately be applied to your commission balance to cover materials, supplies and foundry costs.

Waiting for completion of your commission

I do not stock items, so all commissions must be made to your specifications.  This will entail a wait of several weeks, depending on the nature of your commission.  You will be provided with an estimated production time frame when your commission is confirmed and you can expect updates as your commission moves through the production process.  All schedules are estimates only. I do not guarantee delivery on the projected date, although I do make every effort to meet that date.

 Making the final payment

Although you are free to make payment whenever it is most convenient for you during the production process, the final payment for your commission is due upon completion of the commission, prior to shipping.  

Shipping your commission

On all shipments you will be assessed actual shipping costs based on the destination, value, dimensions and weight of the package.  

My preferred carrier for domestic shipments is UPS Ground. I am generally unable to ship internationally from my location, so I recommend setting up an account with a US reshipper like my US.com. Obtaining any local permits or licensing necessary for my product will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local agencies.

Deposits are non-refundable.  If you cancel your commission prior to the fitting and dressing process, any payments made in addition to the deposits can be refunded less a 5% redemption fee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 30 days of receip for a refund, less the initial deposit and redemption fee .  Please allow up to 60 days for us to process your refund.

Liability

As a customer of Christian Fletcher Medieval Military, Inc., you certify that you are under no restrictions of law that may prohibit or restrict your possession of edged weapons. Christian Fletcher Medieval Military, Inc. will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless either the company, its owners, investors, board members, and staff against any and all claims, demands, actions, or proceedings, resulting in injury, death or damages, losses, and/or liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney fees, relating to or arising out of any claim asserted by you against the aforementioned companies.
